What will you do

As an intern in the HR department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR-related tasks. You will support the HR team with administrative duties, recruitment and selection processes, and gain insight into the daily operations of an HR department. Your tasks may include:

Assisting with drafting and posting job advertisements

Screening resumes and conducting interviews

Supporting the scheduling of job interviews

Contributing to the onboarding process for new employees

Processing HR administration (e.g. sick leave, employee files)

Assisting with HR projects, such as training development, performance management or process improvements

General HR support and preparing reports

Who are we looking for

You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Psychology)

You have an interest in HR practices and supporting employees

You have basic knowledge on Dutch labor law

You have an analytical mindset and a structured approach to your work

You are proactive, a strong communicator, and excel at collaborating with various departments

You have a keen eye for detail and are able to work with precision

Native / fluent Dutch and preferably fluent English competency

What do we offer

You will be part of an organization that consists of 116 colleagues and you will work closely with your direct colleagues in the HR department. The HR department consists of 3 enthusiastic colleagues. 1 HR assistant, 1 HR business partner and 1 HR Manager.
