What are you going to do?

Maintain and update purchase orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Follow up with suppliers regarding open orders, resolve discrepancies, and adjust purchase orders as needed.

Send EDI messages to 3PL partners and follow up on inbound shipments to resolve any discrepancy.

Prepare reports to support the demand planning and supply chain team.

Monitor inventory levels for assigned items and create purchase orders to replenish stock as necessary.

Desired profile:

Relevant HBO study in for exampleLogistics, working internship.

Good (preferably business) level English (verbal/written), Dutch is helpful but not required.

You work accurate and enjoy dealing with people and you can handle customer-facing situations in a patient manner.

You know how to plan daily tasks.
