Account Manager - Customer Growth (Internship)

Who are we looking for

• Maintaining contact with past and existing customers both by phone and in writing.
• Proactively cross-selling and upselling products and proposing commercial offers to potential, current, or former Brightmine subscribers.
• Identifying and discussing bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Developing and building relationships with key decision makers.
• Administering, checking, and processing customer changes.
• Handling complaints effectively and with care, documenting and following up on agreements.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in the HR industry.
