What you'll do
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is a young team, established in September 2023 to enhance data-driven decision-making within the Business Unit. As a working student you will be part of our financial organisation and work closely with a variety of departments within our business unit Dredging & Infrastructure.
The team is responsible for providing valuable insights and advice for decision-making, assists in business development, collaborates on investment projects, and coordinates strategic processes like annual plans and long-term strategy. The team provides not only financial insights, but also collaborates closely with the HR, Commercial, Engineering and Operations departments. They also contribute in identifying and implementing performance improvement opportunities and play an important role in data analytics and digitalization efforts. You will support the team by developing (parts of) analyses, dashboards and/or business cases in PowerBI.
